Design Brief

The clients of this home approached A&C Irwin Builders with plans from a house they had built before in the previous area they had lived in. The clients loved this home including all of the storage areas and large laundry. With only a few alterations, the clients asked for this home to be rebuilt along with a shed/carport.

From the Builder

The Nerrena House is a large family home with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout including in the wet areas. As the client preferred not to use tiles where possible, the showers were also lined with Aquapanel for a clean and modern streamlined look. The home also included built in storage in the living rooms and a very spacious laundry with custom cabinetry making for a well organized family home.
